you all need to know

i have the wire tranfer from my closing in 2005, and it came in 7 days after we closed on note,mortgage. i believe they used our signature on mortgage note,mortgage to get the funds from feds. and the money OR SHOULD SAY NO MONEY came from DBTC AMERICAS. AND MY MORTGAGE WAS WITH GMAC MORTGAGE CORP. BUT I ALSO THINK GMACM MORTGAGE TRUST WAS AT TABLE AFTER LOOKING AT DOCS CLOSER.

SO WHAT NOW. I VE BEEN FIGHTING THESE BANKS, FOR 5 YRS AND THEY JUST STOP THE FIRST FORECLOSING SALE, BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN IN A LAW SUIT FOR 2 YRS , THEY THOUGHT THEY JUST COULD DO IT ANYWAYS.

MOST PEOPLE DONT RELISE THAT UNDER THE GMAC/RESCAP BANKRUPTSCY THAT ALL INVESTOR,BOND HOLDER,CERTICATE HOLDER , AND ALL RMBS TRUSTEE SETTLED ALL CLAIMS.

SO IF ALL CLAIMS HAVE BEEN SETTLED. NO ONE I MEAN NO AS TO ANY TRUSTEE WANTING TO FORECLOSE ON YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO. LOOK IT UP/ OVER 500 SECUIRTIZED MORTGAGE TRUST SETTLED……
